1st Customer Review : Easy to install, and looks original
This was easy to install if you follow the installation guides available on the internet. Simply open the tabs on the interior-most plastic trim, and use a screwdriver to unscrew the old handle. Took 10 minutes max to install. Quality on par with the original.

1st Customer Review : Good quality microwave for the price!
I purchased this unit to replace my older, outdated counter top style microwave. Having this unit installed for about 1 week I will say that my experience so far with this unit has been good.

* The ability to select which venting option is a great feature. You can convert the fan unit before install to extract air through the front, top, or back of unit...very easy operation.

* The unit also runs quieter than most microwaves that I have used in the past, and heats items up very quickly. I need to get used to the higher watt cooking available with this unit.

* The touch controls are very responsive and accurate. The unit has confirming "beeps" with each button press.

* There are dual air intakes on the underside of this unit that provides better extraction of cooking activity...smoke, steam etc. from your stove top.

* The built in light on the underside of unit does a decent job of lighting your stove top, but would not recommend...

2nd Customer Review : You get what you pay for
Lets start with the positives... Shipping was fast, real fast. Instalation was easy and it will take two people but if you follow the directions you should have no problems. That said, the first problem will only show up the first time you try to cook on your cook top. The lighting is so dim you can barley see the pot much less what's in it and if steam is added forget it. The 900 Watt power level takes some getting used to and really should have been included in the product discription. The price should tell you everything you need to know.

We loved this Frigidaire microwave. And we were heavy users (2-4 times a day). The beeping is pretty loud and it does make you open the door in the middle of defrosting only to hit start again, but other than those small nuisances, it worked great for us for 7 years until it just plain died. Our only complaint is that the range hood had a very weak fan with only one setting (on).

This small microwave does everything it is advertised to do. For me, it fits into a small kitchen with limited counter space. Yes, my normal dinner plate fits on its turntable. The only drawback from my former "built-in" is the lower power: 800 watts vs the 1,000 watts of the old one. So I have to add 20% to all of the cooking times. No problem.

1st Customer Review : Great microwave awesome price
I just finished the install and I have to say it was well designed and very easy to install. Came with good instructions and paper templates that make it so simple anybody who can lift it should be able to install it.

The features are good. The microwave is quite powerful and fast to heat things. The fan is strong. The range light is barely bright enough to be useful. Think "night Light". Door and glass are nice and overall. I am quite pleased with the looks of the unit.

A note about the packaging. When my Microwave arrived, it looked like it had been severely roughed up and re taped. Myself and the driver unboxed it and examined it closely before I excepted it. The box the microwave ships in is not really designed for shipping. It's thin and the Styrofoam is thin. Examine your shipment closely before you sign off on it. Note damage on the delivery ticket in case you have something wrong not immediately obvious.

1st Customer Review : So far, so GREAT!
This is by far the least expensive "built-in" microwave I could find to replace our 20+ year old one. I did NOT want to spend $800 to pop popcorn and reheat leftovers (which is our normal use). I have used 3 other microwaves at home and office over the years. This one is more powerful than any of those 3. It takes about 2/3 of the time of the previous built-in. It is GREAT at popping popcorn! It has a one-touch button for popcorn and some sort of sensor to know when to quit. It pops nearly all the kernals. My wife looked at the manual and said the programming did not seem very intuitive to her. She would have to refer to the manual to program something complex like defosting followed by cooking, but she never does that, so she didn't care. If you want to reheat a plate of leftovers, you put it in there, push "2" and walk away; it automatically cooks on high for 2 minutes.
