1st Customer Review : Great microwave, very powerful
This microwave is easy to use and has heats things up evenly and quickly. It's on the larger size but it looks nice and the control panel is simple and self explanatory. I appreciate that you can use the timer and the microwave functions at the same time.

2nd Customer Review : After the first defective unit, this is a decent microwave
I probably would have given this microwave 4 stars instead of 3 if it weren't for the fact I had to send the first one back after it proved defective. I opened the box, plugged it in, but instead of the actual microwave unit turning on and cooking, the light came on, the keypad and light came on, but no motor... I called the manufacturer as suggested in the troubleshooting section and was given the advice "yeah, it's defective... take it back to the store where you bought it."

After thanking Captain Obvious, I called Amazon and, as usual, got amazing customer service. They over-nighted another unit free of charge, and sent me a label to return the first one.

That SNAFU aside, this has been a great microwave. I've had it about a month and it's a solid, good looking, easy-to-use unit. The shortcut buttons actually serve a purpose and temper the power and time to evenly heat foods like baked potatoes and pizza rather than just being a timer. The auto-defrost does a...

1st Customer Review : Decent basic microwave oven
It suits my needs because I only use it for heating foods, not cooking. Its heavy for its size but gets the job done.

UPDATE 1-10-13: I've had the microwave oven for less than a month now and although it still heats fine, the clock seems to be failing. The digits are losing "bars" for example the "9" lost the top bar so it appears to be a "4". I don't know how else to describe it but hope it makes sense to future shoppers. Downgraded from 4-stars to 3.
