It's microwaveable, dishwasher safe (top rack), and BPA FREE. I've been using it for storage and reheating and have zero complaints.

2nd Customer Review : Handy and inexpensive
It's great for reheating or cooking in the microwave for a couple of minutes. I scoop up leftovers and keep it in the fridge and then just pop it in the microwave.

Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I sometimes have a little trouble removing the lid, but it's not that big a deal. I don't know how long it will hold up, but I have already used it a dozen times, once with chili that stained the inside but came off with baking soda.
