It works great for making potato chips, but I was disappointed it will not cook crisp peach or apple chips.

I bought this hoping it would make more than just potato chips, but that's pretty much all it is good for. It makes good potato chips, but if you are trying to make sweet potato chips don't buy this. The sweet potato chips took so long that my microwave overheated. If you want potato chips from the microwave similar to baked potato chips, this will do it. If you want veggie chips or anything else, look elsewhere.

I love this set so much I thought I was going to wear it out! And the color...well, just PERFECT! I seriously thought the tiny plastic mandoline would not last but I have made pounds of healthy potato chips with this and everything is still performing as it should. So far, so good! (Crunch, crunch!)
