My favorite is the one touch button - one touch to add a minute.
Easy viewing while heating if you aren't sure of the correct setting. Stainless steel looks really elegant
Ok, this is a work horse since September 2008 for Lunch and Dinner 7 days a week.
A bunch of presets. It has the rotating tray to heat evenly - set it and forget it. Very easy clean up.
Super quick to heat. Under a minute to melt cheese, 3 minutes to super heat anything out of the refrigerator.

Got what I ordered and very quickly too. It arrived in great condition and was packaged very securely. So far, 3 weeks into use, it works great and is actually pretty quiet compared to previous Kenmore microwaves I have owned. I am very happy with my purchase.
3rd Customer Review : Good Microwave for our Office
This does everything that we expected. But the glass tray support is made of plastic and it broke a few days after receiving it so that the tray did not turn while cooking. We did order a replacement part and now things are good.
