1st Customer Review : OK microwave
I did not buy this item from Amazon as I needed it the same day as my old on stopped working. Anyway, I got the new on home and set up EXCEPT it didn't work. Was really surprised as I have had really good luck with LG products. Took it back to the Home Depot and got another on, no problem, They checked the first on and sure enough it did not work. Plugged in the second one, worked great. Since putting it in it seems to be working like it should. Very easy to set up especially the clock. Did not have to have my grand daughter set it. Only thing that I do not like is the interior color. It is too dark and even with the light cannot see inside. Maybe if enough people complain about that they will make it white.
