"Compared to my last microwave (GE Spacemaker JVM1650) It is extremely quite, both vent and microwave operation. It has brighter cook top lighting. It's more powerful and has more features. The downside of more features is a more complicated control menu, the upside? I softened a stick of butter last night without melting it.
It installed on my GE bracket without modification."

2nd Customer Review : FANTASTIC MICROWAVE!!!
I had heard the LG Microwaves were good so I looked for one that was little bigger more powerful & quieter than what we had previously. I was a little worried about ordering online but I hit the jackpot with this microwaves excellent quality!!! Very quiet & powerful with an updated design all at a decent price. We are very impressed with this LG model & would Definitely recommend it.

We bought this microwave and have been very pleased. It's large but fits nicely over our stove. It is nicely designed and has many features. I like the rack that came with it so you can cook multiple large items at once if needed. I also like all of the button selection options as well. The cook by sensor feature is fun and we've found it to be accurate as well.
It's also a quiet microwave which is great. The oven fan/vent underneath has a low and high switch, it is a little loud but does a great job so no complaints.
I recommend this microwave to anyone looking for an over the stove microwave at a good price.
