1st Customer Review : Best microwave safe plastic plates - no breakage, no knife cut marks . . .
I ordered 8 sets of these for my Grandaughter's first apartment while she's in college.
They all arrived in perfect condition, with no breakage.
We purchased several of the Nordic Ware microwave safe plates for our RV along with a couple of the Progressive microwave safe plates. The Progressive plates were soft, and showed knife cuts badly. I disposed of them and replaced them with the Nordic Ware product. The Nordic Ware plates are a harder plastic, microwave great, and don't show knife cuts. I highly recommend them.

2nd Customer Review : So Far So Happy
After receiving my Nordic Ware Microwave 3- piece dinnerware sets, I have really enjoyed the versatility of them. They are lightweight yet heavy enough to put a good sized portion on/in. I really like the
fact that they are microwavable and I put them on the top rack of my dishwasher and they clean up well. I am impressed also at the fact that they do not show staining, for example from vegetable soup, french dressing, or spaghetti. They are just the right weight for young children to carry, or older adults with arthritis, to hold onto. I feel I made a good choice in my purchase of these.
3rd Customer Review : microwavable??
I purchased these because my old plates (clear polycarbonate, which we later found out had BPA) were cracking. We have used them for almost a year and the insides are rough now - like the microwaving melted the plastic somewhat. I am going to switch to glass plates and bowls as I am not confident that these are truly safe to use in the microwave. They did not get too hot, but the fact that they are changing texture is of concern. I purchased them because they were made in the USA. They were not consistent. We purchased 8 plates, bowls, and small plates. I had to return about half of them because they had cracks or areas that were not formed correctly. They are strong and I haven't had any break since purchasing, but they certainly do not look new on the surface of the plates or insides of the bowls.
