We are now shopping for a replacement microwave for our 12 year old Whirlpool and this is one of 2 models Whirlpool recommended as a replacement. Our old one had a warrantee of 5 years & had worked flawlessly for 12 years, so when it finally died, we definitely decided to stay w/ Whirlpool. I give it 5 stars.
